I thought I was going to pay $5, but they took $12 out of my account. They won't allow me to cancel, and when I search for another number to check on, they want to charge me again.

They have not resolved my issue I'm trying to cancel you keep trying to take money out of my account.

Paid for three months, then canceled my subscription so it wouldn't automatically renew, but Checkmate canceled it before I could use my 3-month subscription.

They said they will keep charging unless you cancel, then they won't let you without some cash. They need to be shut down by the government. Fraudulent business practices.

Have not received item I paid for. No correspondence since.

No way to contact them, emails bounce back. Phone number for main office is in Germany.

If you try to go through the automated services to get a refund, you will get a kick in the butt. Nothing works.

However, if you call 800-222-****, the person (Leonardo) who answered was so very helpful in getting my refund back to me. I am so very grateful that he did not make me fight. He understood my exasperation in dealing with the crap on the Internet.

I was very impressed by his kindness. I thought I was in for a nightmare, but he completely understood my frustrations.

I was charged twice and I canceled the account within the hour cuz it did not give the information that it claimed it was supposed to. it caused my bank account to go into the negative and I need to get this issue resolved

I'm not sure why yaw are trying to take money from my bank, please stop, I tried using your app but it didn't reach my satisfaction

I have emailed and called to no avail. I want to cancel subscription and rebate last payment I have tried for months to cancel

This is the second month now that I have had a purchase of $5.99 come out of a Walmart money card, I have never used nor authorized this website to take any amount of money out of this account. So, how in the heck is this happening and I read that going to their website and trying to opt-out is a complete joke, waste of time and does nothing more than automatically authorize them to keep pulling the same amount out if not more from the account, so how do you truly find out how, why and who made all this possible, who is responsible!? A complete joke

08/19/ 2024 i signed up to IMC*INSTANCHECKMATE THE SAME DAY I GONE IN AND UNSUBSCRIBED ,,,next day i checked my account thre was a card purchased $3.99. and $13.74.both said pending ..my bank card always locked.

i called the company i talked to customer service.and said the accound is closed thre will not be no transaction ,,2-3 days i noticed on my account both $3.99. and $13.74 hascame out my account...it was Illegal(SELF HELP)...This adress leads to who ever taken money out of my account.:4110 mission blvd.

San Diego Ca.investa this issue to be resolve ,funds back on my card.total $17.73 next step. contacting the attorney general office.

i$3.99 otal $17.73 says pending ..thy told me thy canceled out the che charges should not be no longer pending...few days later taken off my card ...i traced my funds some one works for urr company ..taken money out my account my card was locked ...traced to 4110 mission blvd.sanDiego Ca.cant receipt is proof u taken offf my bank card.
